If you’re after healthy snacking options, these cookies are perfect. Almonds are high in protein so they are good for keeping you full for longer and for keeping those sugar cravings under control.

These little raw almond butter cookies take literally 15 minutes to make. All you need is a food processor or high speed blender and 5 basic ingredients. The salt is just to enhance the flavour of the nuts, you don’t really need it. And if you don’t have almond butter, you can switch it out for cashew, peanut or even coconut butter.


Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until you get a dough. If the mixture is not sticky enough, add a little more almond butter.

Form mixture into balls and press down onto a baking sheet. Sprinkle with a little sea salt.

Keep cookies in the fridge, leave them to set for 30 minutes before eating. This step is hard, but they will fall apart otherwise.
