Coconut Cream Filled Chocolates

With a rich coconut buttercream filling and dark chocolate outer, these keto chocolates are perfect for any coconut lover!

ingredients

Chocolate

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate⁠
  • 1/4 cup Organic Coconut Oil
  • pinch salt⁠
  • 1 tsp vanilla⁠
  • 2 tbsp Organic Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Organic Cacao Powder

Filling

  • ¼ cup Organic Coconut Butter
  • 2 tbsp Organic Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Organic Coconut Cream
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla⁠

method

  1. Melt chocolate over a bain marie.⁠
  2. Add the remaining chocolate ingredients to melt chocolate ⁠
  3. Whisk together until smooth ⁠
  4. Melt all coconut filling ingredients on a stovetop.⁠
  5. Fill silicone chocolate moulds 1/3 of the way up with chocolate and set in the freezer for around 20 mins⁠
  6. Remove chocolate moulds from the freezer and top up another 1/3 of the way with coconut filling. Return to freezer for 20 mins⁠
  7. Remove chocolate moulds from the freezer and top up the last 1/3 of the way with more . chocolate. Return to freezer for a final 20 mins⁠
  8. Once completely set, pop out of moulds and into a storage container and store in the fridge.⁠
