This smoothie is a great way to introduce yourself to drinking your greens. As well as providing essential electrolytes, the coconut water and bananas add a delicious sweetness to this drink. Try freezing the bananas to get an even creamier result!

ingredients

1 cup coconut water
2 handfuls spinach
2 tsp Ceres Organics Psyllium Husk
1 Tbsp Ceres Organics LSA
1 Tbsp Ceres Organics Chia Seeds
1/2 avocado
1 banana (sliced and frozen)
1 Tbsp Ceres Organics nut butter of your choice
1 Tbsp fresh ginger root (chopped)
juice of 1 lemon

method

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Drink immediately. The psyllium husk will continue to thicken the smoothie as smoothie sits.
