TURMERIC CASHEW CHEESE

Ingredients

1 cup Organic Cashews, RAW Whole (soaked for 1 hour, rinsed & drained)

¼ cup water

½ cup lemon juice

3 tablespoons Organic Savoury Yeast Flakes

1 tablespoon Organic Olive Oil, Extra Virgin Cold-Pressed

1 garlic clove

1 teaspoon Organic Ground Turmeric

sea salt & black pepper, to taste

Method

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender, and process until smooth.

Season to taste.

Pour into a glass jar and put in the fridge overnight to set to a cream cheese consistency.
