Sushi Balls

Ready in 40 minutes | Serves 2-4


Perfect for all ages, and no need for dipping sauce with all the goodies built in! Healthy carbs for extended energy, iodine rich and oh-so tasty.

Ingredients

2 cups Organic Sushi Rice cooked

1 packet nori sheets, salted, crumbled

1/2 tsp Organic Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp Organic Onion Powder

1 tsp Organic Tamari Soy Sauce

1 tsp Organic Sesame Oil, Toasted

1/4 tsp Organic Mirin

pinch of Organic Wasabi Powder (leave out for children)

1 tsp Organic Sushi Ginger finely chopped

1 tbspn coriander stalks, finely chopped

Organic Sesame Seeds, Hulled to coat

Method

Throw all of the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until combined. You want a nice sticky mixture.

Remove TBS size amounts from the processor and shape into balls (it can help to have damp hands for ease of rolling). Roll in the sesame seeds – optional.

Keep in the fridge or in a chilled lunchbox until ready to enjoy.
