These no-blender bliss balls are a simple, no-fuss snack made with wholesome ingredients from our Refillable Range. Naturally sweet, nutty, and customisable, perfect for lunchboxes, after-school snacks, or a nourishing treat on the go!

ingredients

  • 1 cup Ceres Organics Rolled Oats
  • ½ cup Ceres Organics Desiccated Coconut (+ extra for rolling)
  • ½ cup Ceres Organics Almonds or Sunflower Seeds (chopped finely)
  • 1 cup Ceres Organics Pitted Dates (softened in warm water for 10 mins, then drained and mashed with a fork)
  • 2 Tbsp Ceres Organics Hulled Tahini or Nut Butter of choice
  • 1 Tbsp Ceres Organics Maple Syrup or Brown Rice Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Ceres Organics Cacao Powder (optional, for a chocolate twist)
  • Pinch of Ceres Organics Sea Salt

method

  1. In a large bowl, combine oats, coconut, chopped nuts or seeds, cacao powder (if using), and salt.
  2. Add mashed dates, tahini/nut butter, and syrup. Mix well with clean hands or a spoon until the mixture sticks together.
  3. Roll into bite-sized balls and coat with extra coconut.
  4. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Tips: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Swap nuts/seeds or sweeteners depending on what you have in your pantry.
