1 cup Organic Steel Cut Oats

½ cup Organic Chickpea Flour

½ cup Organic RAW Whole Almonds (roughly chopped)

2 tablespoons Organic Sesame Seeds, Unhulled

1 teaspoon Organic Garlic Powder

1 teaspoon rosemary, roughly chopped

sea and pepper to taste

¼ cup Organic Olive Oil, Extra Virgin Cold-Pressed


1 orange kumara, cut into inch pieces

2 cups beets, cut into small wedges

2 carrots, roughly chopped into 1 inch pieces

1 red onion, cut into wedges

1 can Organic Brown Lentils (rinsed and drained)

2 teaspoons mustard

2 tablespoons Organic Olive Oil, Extra Virgin Cold-Pressed

salt and pepper, to taste


Preheat your oven to 200°C and line a 9-inch baking dish with baking paper.

Make the crumble by adding all ingredients to a bowl and mixing until you have a crumbly texture. Add more oil if necessary.

Combine all the filling ingredients in a large bowl, toss to evenly coat. Transfer to prepared baking dish and top with the crumble mix. Bake for 40-45 minutes, until vegetables are cooked through and the topping is browned.

Divide amongst bowls and serve warm.
