BOSTON BAKED BEANS

Ingredients

1 tablespoon Organic Olive Oil, Extra Virgin Cold-Pressed

2 rashers free-range bacon, diced

1 small onion, chopped

1 teaspoon Organic Demerara Brown Sugar

1 teaspoon mustard

salt and pepper, to taste

2 cans Organic Baked Beans, Low Sodium

Method

In a medium saucepan, cook the bacon and onion in olive oil.

Add molasses, brown sugar and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the baked beans and gently heat through for 5 minutes.

Serve with your choice of bread.
