This smoothie combines two very super ‘superfoods’: coconut and sacha inchi protein powder.

The coconut will give your blood sugar some slower burning fuel to sustain your energy levels along with the sacha inchi protein powder. The coconut also serves as a turbo shot for your energy and your metabolism, thanks to those medium chain fatty acids! Plus it will make this smoothie incredibly creamy.

Sacha inchi protein powder is great too because it is 60-65% protein. Plus, it is a great source of omega 3 fatty acids that help prevent inflammation in the body.

You can make this in just 5 minutes, a prefect mid afternoon energy booster or a great way to start the day.

Ingredients

1 cup Organic Coconut Milk (shake before opening)

½ cup Organic Coconut, Shredded

1 banana, peeled, cut and frozen

2 tablespoons Organic Sacha Inchi Protein Powder

Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and process until super smooth.
