BLACK SESAME SMOOTHIES

Ingredients

FOR THE BLACK SESAME MILK

1½ cups Organic Black Sesame Seeds (soaked overnight and drained)

3 cups filtered water

3-4 Organic RAW Pitted Dates

FOR THE SMOOTHIE

2 large bananas, sliced and frozen

handful of ice

Method

First make the black sesame milk. Add all the black sesame milk ingredients to a blender and blend on high for a couple of minutes.

Strain your black sesame milk through a nut milk bag or fine cheesecloth.

To make the smoothie, add your black sesame milk and remaining ingredients to a blender and blend on high until thick and smooth.

Enjoy right at this moment and keep any remaining black sesame milk in the fridge. Sesame milk is not quite like nut milk and so will only last for 3-4 days.
