Vegan Jaffa Balls

Ready in 20 minutes | Serves 4

Such a Kiwi classic! These are a spin on one of everyone’s fave combo… Choc and orange is always a winner.
Keep in the freezer for a chilled summer treat.


2 Cups Organic Coconut, Desiccated

1/4 cup Organic Coconut Butter , gently melted

100ml Organic Coconut Cream

1/4 Cup Organic Maple Syrup

1 tbsp Organic Sundried Goji Berries soaked in hot water for 10min and drained

1 tsp orange essence

1 cup melted and cooled, dark vegan chocolate


In a food processor, combine all the ingredients, apart from the melted chocolate until a nice dough forms.

Place in the fridge to harden slightly for 10 minutes.

Roll into bite sized balls. Roll in the melted chocolate, place in the fridge or freezer to set. Enjoy!
