Ready in 30 minutes | Serves 12
Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a small baking tin with baking paper.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined. Transfer mixture to your prepared tin and then bake for 15mins.
Your slice will puff up a bit, so when it’s done, place a layer of baking paper on top, then a tea towel and pat it lightly.
Cool and Chop!
*NOTE. To make this recipe vegan, you can switch out the honey for either rice malt syrup or coconut nectar. Both will have a similar consistency to honey.
