Ready in 30 minutes + 2 hours chilling time | Serves 12


Add ingredients to a double boiler.

Heat over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly, until all ingredients are combined and you have no lumps.

Line a small loaf pan approximately 10cm x 15cm with plastic wrap and pour the mixture into it. Use a spatula to even out your fudge. Alternatively, evenly distribute fudge mixture between a jumbo ice cube tray.

Refrigerate for around 2 hours or until set. If using a loaf pan, remove fudge from pan and cut into squares. If you used an ice cube tray, carefully remove cubes. Store fudge in the refrigerator.

Fudge will store in the refrigerator for up to a week. If it lasts that long!
