Line a standard loaf tin with baking paper.
Warm brown rice malt syrup and almond butter over a medium heat until runny.
Add dates to a food processor and process to a sticky dough. Transfer to a bowl and mix in the remaining ingredients, including the warmed liquid ingredients.
Transfer your mixture to the prepared tin and flatten tightly.
Cover and chill in the fridge to set, around half an hour.
Once set, remove from the tin and chop into bars.
Leftovers will store for a few days in an airtight container.
