Never cooked quinoa for breakfast? Nothing tricky here, just add the first 5 ingredients to a pot and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat to simmer and cover, just like you would rice.
It takes about 15 minutes to cook and you will notice that the quinoa seeds will sprout tails and become translucent, that’s how you’ll know it’s good to go.
Transfer your porridge to bowls and stir through your coconut butter. Enjoy.
