This delicious bowl of nourishment is best prepared the night before, but just a couple of hours in advance will still be enough.
Place oats, chia seeds, raisins and cinnamon in a jar and cover with almond milk. Stir well to combine.
Close the lid and place in the fridge to set, either overnight or at least 2 hours.
When your oats are a nice consistency, add the chia jam, berries, coconut and buckwheat – or whatever else you may fancy.
These oats can be kept in the fridge for 2-3 days. So make ahead and save yourself some time in the morning!
