Ready in 15 minutes plus overnight soaking time | Serves 2


Ingredients

¾ cup Organic Rolled Oats, Jumbo Wholegrain

½ cup Almond Non-Dairy Beverage – Unsweetened

½ cup Organic Coconut Milk

3 tablespoons Organic Chia Seeds, Black

¼ teaspoon Organic Vanilla Extract

3 cardamon pods, seeds scraped

pinch of dried lavender

1 cup frozen blueberries, thawed

Method

In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Add more milk if you want a more liquid than pudding consistency.

Divide mixture among glass jars and place in the refrigerator overnight. Eat the next morning!
